Everton Schultz


Everton Schultz has more than 20 years’ experience in the communications market and has extensive expertise in the planning and execution of communications, public relations, corporate reputation, crisis management and community relations projects.

He has worked at major companies such as BASF and Whirlpool and leading agencies in the Brazilian and global markets. For the past nine years he was head of the Strategy, Analytics and Creativity departments at the global agency Weber Shandwick, where he held the role of Executive Vice-President for Brazilian operations with regional responsibility.

He led the integration of a local agency with a global operation following the acquisition of the Brazilian company S2Publicom by the Interpublic group in 2010. Recently, he was in charge of incorporating the digital agency Capuccino into the network, which helped to complement the digital range of the American agency in Brazil.

He has led projects that have had a major impact on important brands and companies such as TIM, Unilever, Electronic Arts, Unilever, Netflix, Turner International, Warner, HBO, Coty, Tinder, Novartis and Boeringher Ingelhein, among others.
