Karem Contreras


Karem has been executing communications strategies for multinationals and Colombian companies since 2016. She has worked for a range of companies including: Renault, General Motors, Royal Enfield, Grupo JER, Parque Arauco, Edgewell, Pernot Ricard, Fondo Nacional de Turismo FONTUR, Termotasajero, and Super Intendencia de Servicios Públicos y Domiciliarios and has especially close ties with the health sector and companies such as MSD, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Biogen, Shire, Vitalis, Hospital Universitario San Ignacio HUSI, and Reprotec, among others.

She has managed clients’ relationships with national and regional media organizations, prepared perception and communications diagnostics, planned product and event communications, produced conversation materials and protocols, executed online and real-world campaigns, trained spokespeople and handled communication crises.

She has a degree in Journalism from the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
