Lorena Papalardo has a degree in Communications and more than 6 years’ experience planning and implementing internal and external communications strategies, crisis management, storytelling, spokesperson training, and content development for brands such as Booking.com, Fundación Temaikèn, the Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina (IDEA), Microsoft and Xbox. She has taken courses in Internal Communications and Community Management at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She currently supports the daily operations for accounts and projects in the Strategic Communications department.
